Location: the hotel was so close to the Haneda and Narita airports, Shibuya, Harajuku, Meguro, and Shinagawa station. The staff was ready to assist, really kind and good people. No reason to complain, I greatly enjoyed the stay and would come here again

Super convenient location on top of Gotanda station. Easy access to Yamanote Line, Asakusa Line, and close to Shinagawa for airport transfer. Compact room with typical Japanese style, comfortable storage for 2 suitcases. Nice bathtub with various bath salts. Great value for the price paid at Jr-East.

Room size is very small, as expected in Tokyo. Under-bed storage may become inconvenient for longer stays with shopping.

The setting was best possible, right by local tourist areas such as Shibuya as well as airport links, restaurants and shopping mall and Tokyo and surrounds. Shinagawa Ward district was worth staying in. The bar served a wide range of meals for breakfast.

We stayed here for 4 nights, it was exactly what we had in mind. The hotel had a great location right next to Museum of Package Culture.

A flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a work desk, and a kettle in our a twin room were useful during stay. The bed was comfortable, bathtubs worked well.

Liked its excellent and unbeatable location right by the Haneda and Narita airports, Shibuya, Harajuku, Meguro, and Subway line. The a single room we stayed in was decent sized and new-fashioned.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Jr-East Hotel Mets. The location was unbeatable, right above the Gotanda station with a plethora of shops and restaurants nearby. The interior of the room was stylish and the bathroom spacious. The Japanese style bathtub and toilet added a unique touch. Despite the small size of the room, it had everything we needed for our family of four. The convenience of being inside a train station made exploring Tokyo a breeze. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and the coffee provided at the reception was a nice touch. we had a pleasant stay and would recommend Jr-East Hotel Mets to others.

It was in a comfy and best possible location to Subway line. Plus, it was just next door to the airport, Gotanda station on the Yamanote Line, and restaurants and shopping mall.

Booked the hotel for its comfy location not far from Shibuya, Harajuku, Meguro as well as the airport. It also was to the train tracks.

Reasonably clean hotel in a new building really close to the Meguro river, and a department store. Professional staff with smiles. Modern and a decent size room with absolutely clean bathroom. Amazing and favourable location, right at the metro station.

Had the best Xmas at this hotel! the location of the hotel was perfect as it was just a few steps away from the train station. Plus, the beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby throughout my entire stay. Another advantage was the accessibility to the airport via the train.

The cleaning staff can be very disruptive in the early morning. They start cleaning early and the noise can be quite loud, especially when they constantly bring their supplies in and out of the hallways.
